Alex specify in working with athletes on all levels to develop their speed, strength, balance and skills so they individually can perform the best way in their specific sports.
Almost every person, no matter what athletic ability or fitness level, has some degree of dysfunction that increases the chance for injury.
We create unique programs to correct dysfunctions, to prevent injury but also help build the strength back if you've had an injury.
Small groups and partner work, cardio and circuit training. We also train larger running- and bootcamp classes frequently in several outdoor locations in Manhattan.
Alex coaches basketball for Léman Manhattan Preparatory School, and create unique strength conditioning programs for the individual students and athletes.
TRX, boxing, kickboxing, kettle bells level 1 & 2, indoor / outdoor bootcamp classes.
Getaways to amazing destinations in smaller groups, including exclusive classes designed for each trip.

My specialties are corrective exercise, personal training, strength conditioning for athletes, and coaching sports.
